Privacy & data
This notice covers the Ten80Ten automation and systems intake form.
What you share
We collect the name, company, email address, answers, links, and optional files you submit. Please do not include passwords, API keys, patient information, or other sensitive data in a request or workflow export.
Why we use it
Ten80Ten uses these details to understand your request, assess whether and how we can help, and follow up with you. We do not use this form to sign you up for marketing email.
Where it goes
Submitted details are handled through our website hosting and private workflow system, then stored in Ten80Ten’s private Google Workspace records. Optional files are kept in a private Drive folder. The intake alert goes to Aldridge at Ten80Ten. Access is limited to people handling the request.
Drafts on this device
As you type, the form saves an unfinished draft, including selected files, in this browser’s local storage. This draft stays on this browser and site address. If it is more than 30 days old when you next open the form, we remove it. We also clear it after a confirmed submission, and you can clear it from the form. If browser storage is unavailable, the form tells you.
Your questions
To ask about or request deletion of a submitted intake, email hello@ten80ten.com and include the request reference if you have it.
